Many homes also have free long distance and Wi-Fi internet, see

No weddings or wedding-related groups. No large groups. No partying. No pets. No smoking. No guns, RVs, trailers, motorcycles, outdoor fires, guest-supplied grills.
Note: The base rates shown below are for the first TWO persons. An additional $25 per person per night is charged for each additional person. Children age three and under are free. Rates do not include 3.5% sales tax, 2% Marketing District tax, 3% booking fee, security deposit, Damage Protection or Travel Insurance.
Note: Maximum occupancy of all vacation homes in residentially zoned areas of Estes Park like Windcliff is limited to 8 individuals.
