THE EAGLE'S PROVIDENCE EXPERIENCE

Eagle's Providence expansive living areas with vaulted ceilings, hardwood floors, and an enormous wrap-around deck provide a wide variety of choices for everyone to relax and unwind. The indoor living spaces consist of 3 bedrooms, a sleeping nook, and 2 and 1/2 baths; along with a great room, a large dining room (seating up to 10), and a chef's gourmet kitchen. All 3 bedrooms, the sleeping nook, and the great room boast spectacular views of the Rocky Mountains and the Continental Divide. Each have direct access to the outdoor living areas, which feature a 1,000 sq. ft. wrap-around composite deck.

While Eagle's Providence offers guests a private and secluded mountain experience, its convenient location in Windcliff Estates is only minutes away from Estes Park, with numerous indoor and outdoor shopping and dining experiences, and the Beaver Meadows' entrance to Rocky Mountain National Park. OUTDOOR LIVING AT EAGLE'S PROVIDENCE

You and your guests will enjoy the massive composite wrap-around deck, featuring a main deck with a canopy-covered dining table and a Weber gas grill. In addition, the open portion of the main deck has a large fire table with embracing, comfortable seating. Both the gas grill and fire table have direct connections to the main house propane gas supply, so guests will not have any concerns about changing out propane tanks.

The private master deck/balcony has a sitting area with 2 rocking chairs and a small private dining area for two. The lower deck area is connected by stairs to the main deck and has an additional sitting area. More descending stairs access a heavily-shaded flagstone garden/patio area with another outdoor dining table, a large hammock, and two chaise lounges. So many choices to enjoy the unobstructed views!

Whether you seek privacy and solitude or family/group gatherings, the outdoor living areas of Eagle's providence has plenty of room for everyone. And did we mention the views - not just during the daytime, but this is also the perfect place to observe the Estes Park night sky - perhaps from the epic deck!

THE CHEF'S GOURMET KITCHEN

The fully equipped and spacious chef's gourmet kitchen has everything you will need to prepare meals during your stay. The four-burner gas cooktop and double ovens provide ample cooking space. A complete inventory of cooking appliances and culinary utensils is on hand so you can prepare a quick trail lunch to enjoy while hiking or a multi-course gourmet family or holiday feast. There are two breakfast bars with cushioned seating and beautiful granite slab countertops. The kitchen also includes a wet bar with a second sink and plenty of counter space. Whether you're mixing cocktails in the evening, making morning beverages to jump-start your day of adventure, or sharing cooking duties with a prep chef (aka a spouse or guest), this kitchen has everything you need.

THE MASTER SUITE

The main floor master suite features a vaulted ceiling with wood beams, ceiling fan, hardwood floors, a walk-in closet and a private wrap-around deck/balcony with rocking chairs and a private dining area.

When it's time to rest, you will feel completely refreshed after a night in this mahogany king-size mission-style bed. There's also a chair-and-a-half that opens to provide a twin-sized bed!  The king bed features a new top-of-the-line Sleep Number iLE 360 smart bed with dual zone settings, pressure-relieving layers, and a breathable sleep surface. Luxury at its finest!

The master suite is completed by a luxury full bath with floor to ceiling tile, jetted soaking tub, lifted dual-sink vanity with granite slab countertop, and beautiful bronze faucets.

THE GREAT ROOM

The great room is framed by a vaulted ceiling with wood beams and includes a grand floor-to-ceiling stone wood-burning fireplace with a blower to provide extra warmth on a chilly evening.

An 82" Samsung 4K UHD Smart TV above the custom stone mantle provides an awesome viewing experience from the leather sectional with chaise lounge and built-in recliners to stream your favorite movies or watch your favorite sports team.

THE DINING ROOM

The large formal dining area with vaulted ceiling features built-in cabinets, double chandeliers on a dimmer switch, and ceiling fan. The rustic mahogany dining table has 6 chairs, two leaf extensions, and an extra wood bench that can seat up to 10 people so everyone can sit down and enjoy a meal together.

THE SITTING AREA

The sitting area features two leather reclining/swivel chairs resting on a large area rug and situated in front of floor-to-ceiling windows facing the Rocky Mountains of the Continental Divide. Sitting here, the view is picture-perfect. While the views from the outdoor living spaces cannot be surpassed, the sitting area offers the best indoor views at Eagle's Providence. The windows have Hunter-Douglas power shades with remote control to allow guests to filter out some of the direct sunlight on warm summer days while still preserving the spectacular mountain views.

THE DOWNSTAIRS

There is even more to this spectacular home! At the base of a wide and open staircase, French doors reveal the downstairs living spaces. The entrance hall is lined with windows along one side, and the first bedroom has a tongue and groove pine feature wall that can be separated from the hall by an accordion "wall" and features a queen-sized Sleep Number bed and ample closet space. The second bedroom at the end of the hall is private and has built-in cabinets with shelving, a rustic queen-sized bed with a new Sleep Number dual-zone C2 360 mattress, and two closets. The hallway sleeping nook offers a futon that provides additional seating during the day and a full-sized bed at night. A full Jack and Jill bath adjoins both downstairs bedrooms and features granite slab countertop, full tile backsplash, and a lifted vanity.

Both bedrooms and the sleeping nook have spectacular views of the Rocky Mountains and the Continental Divide, so no guest will feel shortchanged by the views from their sleeping accommodations!

Both downstairs bedrooms have individual direct access to the lower deck which connects via stairs to both the upper deck and the heavily-shaded flagstone patio.

Sometimes your get-away from it all is interrupted with work. Or you want good Wi-Fi for your streaming services. Eagle's Providence has you well covered. This home features a new fiber internet service that was installed in December 2021. The main connection feeds an advanced 4-node mesh Wi-Fi system that provides reliable high-speed internet coverage for all indoor and outdoor living spaces at Eagle's Providence. Multiple devices? No problem and no lag! Charging stations are provided in every bedroom and all the living areas for your convenience.
