What is Windcliff?
Windcliff is a private residential community of 160 luxury properties. Most are luxury seasonal second standalone homes. There are also condos and a few undeveloped lots. About 50 homes and condos are available for short-term rental year-round and about 20 homes are permanent, full-time, year-round residences.

How close are Windcliff vacation homes to Estes Park?
The town of Estes Park, Colorado is within a 5 to 10 minute drive from Windcliff, weather and traffic permitting. Our vacation homes are perfectly placed — close enough to downtown but just far enough away to ensure a beautiful, private, and secluded atmosphere for your stay.

How close is Windcliff to Rocky Mountain National Park (RMNP?)
Rocky Mountain National Park is virtually in your backyard at Windcliff Vacation Homes. You can walk into the park from homes on the south end of Windcliff.  The Beaver Meadows Entrance to RMNP is a short 10-15 minute drive from our homes.
