About Windcliff Vacation Homes

Windcliff’s history started with humble beginnings and a homestead cabin back in 1905. Today, Windcliff Vacation Homes manages vacation rentals exclusively in Windcliff Estates just outside of Estes Park, Colorado. Windcliff Estates is a community of private residents and vacation rentals on the sunny side of Rams Horn Mountain, on the boundary of Rocky Mountain National Park and Roosevelt National Forest — just minutes from Estes Park.

About the Windcliff Community

The residential community of Windcliff comprises 160 properties: approximately 30 homes are year-round residences, 40 vacation rental homes, 82 second homes and about 8 undeveloped lots in Estes Park, Colorado. Though set-apart and secluded, residents enjoy a short 9-minute drive to the nearest grocery store, restaurants, bars and nightlife. Horseback riding in Estes Park is even closer; stables are just minutes away, and some can even be accessed with a short hike! Residents can also make the most of zip-lining, hiking, nature viewing, and all the things to do in Estes Park provided by the YMCA of the Rockies… RIGHT ACROSS THE STREET!

Windcliff Vacation Homes is a high touch, hands-on, on-site premium vacation rental management company. The office or Gatehouse is at the entrance to Windcliff Estates allowing us to interact with guests personally providing them personal assistance and oversight. Ours is a 24/7/365 day business. Someone is always available in the event of a problem or emergency. The owners are also Windcliff residents.

No vacation home can be rented in Windcliff without a person-to-person conversation with a Windcliff employee. Since Windcliff’s business serves all property homeowners at Windcliff, great importance is placed in preserving the quiet and secluded nature of Windcliff Estates, located high on the sunny side of Ram’s Horn Mountain just outside the town of Estes Park. Windcliff is able to provide its services only at the suffrage of the property homeowners at Windcliff. We are unapologetic about excluding vacationers that might not be in harmony with our neighborhood values and culture.
