The Windcliff Property Owners Association Board of Directors is comprised of elected members who serve at the pleasure of the membership lead by a 7 member elected Board of Directors, 4 appointed assistant officers and eleven committees.  The board budgets for and establishes annual member assessments.  For FY 2021 (June 1, 2020 – May 31, 2021), each home (or condo unit) is assessed $3,997 (plus any adjustment for actual FY’20 water use). Assessment invoices are typically mailed in July and may be paid in one or two payments.

The condo association finances and operations are determined by the Chambord I Condominium Home Owners Association articles of incorporation, bylaws CC&Rs and record of amendments, but generally speaking, condo associations typically are operated by the members (owners of the condos) to perform the following responsibilities:

Descending Herondale’s winding central stair offers access to two additional bedrooms and a second living room with a double sleeper sofa, 50” HDTV with satellite tv channels and DVD player, as well as a large supply of DVDs that you are welcome to watch, or books if you prefer to read.  There are also toys for younger children to enjoy.

A second master bedroom with ensuite bathroom includes a queen size bed and bunk beds (one twin bed above a couch that converts into a double bed/futon).  The third bedroom includes a queen size bed, a large stuffed teddy bear (for those kids that might be missing home) and a dresser.  The hall bathroom is located just outside the bedroom door with single vanity, bath/shower combo and private water closet.  The house has three hot water tanks ensuring an ample supply of hot water, and all living and bed rooms include window blinds to block out the early morning light.  A laundry closet with washer and dryer complete the indoor lower level offerings.

Walking outside the lower level you’ll find a 4-person seating/table area and two 2-seater wooden swings hanging from the overhung upper level.  There is no better place to read, chat or relax while sheltering from the elements.  You may not be the only one enjoying this special cozy space as herds of mule deer frequently shelter under the overhang overnight as well.
